Gerald R. Clark
Gerald “Jerry” R. Clark founded SealedBid Marketing, Inc. in 1993 and is a business transaction specialist with some 30 plus years of merger and acquisition (“M&A”) experience. As the Managing Officer of the transaction team, Jerry is involved in every phase of Sell-Side and Buy-Side projects.
Over the 25 plus years since starting SealedBid, Jerry has counseled hundreds of individual owners on exit and succession strategies and acted as “the facilitator” in successfully marketing their companies and guiding dozens of transactions to a profitable conclusion. Jerry is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, M&A Source and past President of the Minnesota – Dakotas CCIM Chapter.
Prior to SealedBid, Jerry was a professional musician, educator, club owner and concert promoter. Upon the sale of his entertainment operations, Jerry gained strong transaction experience managing the marketing and sale of two (2) billion in assets working as Director of Sales in Minneapolis, Cleveland and Washington, D.C. for the Resolution Trust Corporation.

Blake A. Johnson
Blake Johnson works closely with sellers, buyers and advisors throughout the information gathering, marketing and transaction process – conducting research pertaining to our clients, creating go-to-market materials, overseeing timelines, assisting with market development and managing client communications.
Prior to SealedBid, Blake completed his undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and worked in Sales & Marketing for both Public and Start-Up companies in the Minneapolis area. Blake recently received his Masters of Business Administration at the Carlson School of Management. Go Gophers!

William G. Clark
As Senior Advisor, Bill is responsible for driving the marketing phases of the transaction process. With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Bill provides strategic insight and direction when SealedBid takes both large and niche companies to market.
Outside SealedBid, Bill owns and operates his own B2B marketing company. He enjoys coaching soccer and cheering for Boston sports teams.
Isabel V. Meza
Isabel Meza works closely with the Transaction Team to develop/execute marketing campaigns and engage SealedBid’s network. Isabel’s efforts ensure SealedBid and our client campaigns are highly visible to the M&A industry and transaction professionals.
Prior to SealedBid, Isabel studied interior design at the University of Minnesota and business at the University of St. Thomas where she completed her undergraduate degree in Marketing Management. While achieving her undergrad, Isabel worked roles in business development and retail management in the Twin Cities.

Larry Lundgren works closely with SealedBid clients to provide valuable insight in the preparation and review of financial statements. As an active CPA and CFO for several upper Midwest businesses, Larry often identifies and resolves accounting issues prior to the go-to-market and due diligence processes.
Larry is a passionate financial executive with over 30 years of experience driving systemic change, continuous improvement and bottom line results for businesses across a wide variety of industries. His specialties include M&A transactions, due diligence, EOS/Traction, accounting processes, lean accounting, value-add accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis and process improvement among many others.
Outside of work, Larry enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with his family.
Kristina is a contracted Project Specialist who specializes in prospect follow up.
